TAWS Speak Easy - Valentine Card

Hello, 

Today i'm sharing a Valentine card using TAWS Speak Easy and heart stencil.  I placed the stencil over my cardstock and sketched within the heart shapes using Inktense colored pencils.  The banner is a Spellbinders die, i water colored the edge after die cutting it.  The sentiment is from TAWS set Speak Easy.  I bent the sentiment so it'd fit on the curved banner.

PTI's 7th Anniversary Celebration - Day 7

It's the 7th day of PTI's Anniversary Celebration.  Today's challenge is to create a project that incorporates stripes in some way.

I made my stripes using a diagonal stripe stencil.  I sponged it with pearlescent jade, orange, and yellow.  Then i cut a piece of black cardstock using a die from Fabulous Frames collection.  The sentiment is from Birthday Bash Sentiment set.

Watercolored Love U Card

Hello everyone,

I'm sharing a card made for few challenges.  

• PTI's 7th Anniversary Challenge: Create a project using a large word as the focal point
• WPlus9: Water Color Made Easy
• WPlus9: Step It Up
• SSS Wednesday Challenge: Have a Heart

To make this card, first i die cut a heart on a piece of cardstock to make a template.  Put the template over a 4x5.25 piece of card stock, then stamped the flowers using water color technique (I used Inktense watercolor pencils: water the stamps first and scribbled the colored pencils on top, then stamped).  Next i die cut 'Love U' from my stamped floral background.  Die cut 'Love U' 3 more times from scrap paper to layer and add dimension.  Now my focal sentiment looks like thickers.  Before putting 'Love U' back to the floral background, i colored the sides with red Copics.

Good morning everyone, today i'm sharing a card made with a TAWS set called Veggin' Out that was just released this month.  

I stamped the first beet, masked it and stamped the second one, then i colored them with Copics.

PTI's 7th Anniversary Celebration - Day 2, Card 2

Hello again!  This is my 2nd card for today's challenge at Papertrey Ink.  PTI is celebrating their 7th Anniversary Celebration.  

Lately, i have shaker cards in my mind.  So when i see this digi by Heather Nichols, i thought of making a shaker card right away.  Since i don't own a sewing machine, i use washi tape to to close the seams.  The technique is by Julie, can be seen here.  She is so clever.

PTI's 7th Anniversary Celebration - Day 2, Card 1

Hello everyone, today is the 2nd day of PTI's 7th Anniversary Celebration.  I'm playing along with the challenge today using one of the free printable images.  

A handmade card can't get easier than this.  I printed the image on a piece of white card stock, punch a tiny hole to add a bow.  Then i adhered on aqua mist card base.  Few faux  pearls added to the center of the flowers.

Hello, how are you today?  Here's a card i made with 2 of TAWS newly released sets: Veggin Out and Face It.  The set Face It is this month's freebie if you purchase $40 or more.  

The background is distress inks and drops of water.  I colored the peppers, fussy cut and popped up on foam tape.  This card makes me giggle :).  Have great day and thanks for stopping by.

Hello!  Today i'm sharing a card made with the newly released set Tooty Fruity.  I used a template to create the background.  The sentiments are from Tooty Fruity and Speak Easy 

I was asked how i colored the tomato, so i thought i'd take a picture of the steps.  Please note, i'm not a Copic expert nor ever attended any classes.  

1. First: R05
2. R46
3. R27
4. use R24 to blend between R27 and R05
5. Add R89 and use R46 to blend

Hello,
