Hello Friends

This little guy stole my heart when i saw him at Hobby Lobby this morning.  I couldn't wait to make a card featuring him right away.  Here it is

Card is submitted for Simon Says Stamp Challenge - Anything Goes

CAS-ual Friday Sketch Challenge - CFC26

Hero Arts October Sketch Challenge

When i first saw this challenge, i immediately thought of this stamp set.  I just couldn't find a circle sentiment that fit perfectly in the die cut (until an hour ago).

After die cutting the circles, i applied Tumble Glass distress ink before removing it from the die.  Stamped the images twice, with Memento Tuxedo Black and Barn Door.  Cut out the red hats and scarves then glue them on top of the images using Inkssentials Glossy Accents.

I like the result.  The snowmen are so adorable.  Let me know what you think!!

Lily Pad's Bling Challenge

Hello everyone, seems like the weekend has flown by so quickly.  My plan was to create at least 3 cards for different challenges... but with the early Trick or Treating for my little boys and a birthday party, this is all i could make.  A card for Lily Pad's Bling Challenge.  Hope you have a great Sunday afternoon!!!

- Distress Ink Tumbled Glass and Broken China
- Brilliance ink pad Blue Sky
- Memento ink pad Tuxedo Black
- Cuttlebug D'vine Swirls
- Penny Black Christmas Star
- Sentiment from Stampin' Up Season's Greetings
- Stickles and clear gems

CAS-ual Fridays Challenge - CFC24

CFC24 - Create a Clean and Simple Halloween project without orange

Here's my take on the challenge

- Mummy: Stampin' Up Spooktacular Greetings set
- Sentiment: $1 stamp from Michaels :p
- Distress Ink Black Soot, Crushed Olive
- Diamond Stickles
- Die cut: Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Eight

To create the green glow on the mummy, i smeared Crushed Olive around the face and hands using q-tip, then colored them with the No. 8 violet marker in Marvy Le Plume II Primary set.

The frame and mummy are mounted on foam tapes.
