This is one of my favorite stamp sets from Stampin' Up, but yet, i have never played with it. It was released in 1997 and i believe it's retired.
The ocean background is distressed with Broken China. The 2 big fish are stamped with Dusty Concord, and Shabby Shutters, then adhered on the card using foam tape. The red seahorse is stamped directly on the card using Festive Berries.
