I first wanted to stamp and color on one layer card, but I decide to mount another layer of flower on foam tape to add dimension . The roses are stamped in Hero Arts mid-tone Bubble Gum and shaded using Copic markers.
I also submitted this card to Seize the Birthday and Moxie Fab World: The Birthday Card Challenge
